Your account
- You must be 18 years or older to place an order.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for any activity under your account.
- The information you provide (name, email, phone, shipping address) must be accurate. We may cancel an order if the details appear incorrect or fraudulent.
Orders and pricing
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹). Applicable taxes are included in the displayed price unless stated otherwise.
- Availability of every piece is limited — most of our jewellery is handcrafted in small batches. Placing an order does not by itself form a contract; the contract forms only when we accept the order and confirm dispatch.
- We may refuse or cancel any order if the item is out of stock, if the price was displayed incorrectly, or if we suspect misuse.
Payments
- Online payments are processed by our payment partner Razorpay. Supported methods include UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking, and popular wallets, subject to availability at your bank.
- Payment details (card number, CVV, UPI PIN, bank credentials) are entered directly on Razorpay's secure page and are never seen or stored by us.
- Your order is confirmed once the payment is successfully authorised by Razorpay. If a payment fails or is not completed, the order will not be placed and no amount will be charged; if any provisional hold appears on your account, it is released by your bank per standard timelines.
Shipping and delivery
Timelines, shipping partners, and charges are described in the Shipping Policy. We currently ship within India only.
Cancellations and refunds
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, and we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced at our cost. The full terms — including how to raise a claim and the narrow cases in which we refund — are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Product descriptions and photography
Each piece is handcrafted. Colour, stone placement, and finish may vary slightly from the photographs shown. These variations are inherent to handmade jewellery, not defects.
Intellectual property
All product photography, descriptions, brand marks, and website content are the property of Vivia and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.
Prohibited use
You agree not to use the site to defraud us or other users, to resell for the purpose of misrepresenting origin, to scrape at abusive rates, or to interfere with the site's normal operation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vivia is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or your purchase. Our maximum liability for any order will not exceed the total amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect from the date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
